Nathan Heintz
Chief Innovation Officer
Nathan is driven by forces of curiosity, creativity, and heart, which he brings in service of individuals and teams who are forging inspired, outcome-oriented cultures of collaboration and innovation. Nathan designs and facilitates collaborative processes which unearth the innate collective intelligence of diverse groups and helps them work together in complex, changing terrain across difference, disagreement and conflict.
He has worked with organizations like UNICEF, USAID, the Open Society Foundations, Reos Partners, the United Way and the Chicago Community Trust. Nathan holds an interdisciplinary Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany.
When he’s not surrounded by post-it notes and system maps, Nathan can be found climbing mountains and practicing tai chi chuan.
